- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please note that once the order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds:
- We take great care in ensuring that every product we ship meets our high standards. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or refund.
- Returns or refunds are only accepted for damaged goods. To process your return, please provide a photo of the damaged item along with your order number.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
